Founded in July 2007, Diamond Real Estate Group was formed by a group of Top Producing Real Estate Professionals in the Greater Seattle Metro Area. Our goal, to use our combined 30 Years of experience to make the Buying and Selling process easier and less complicated for consumers.

It is crucial when buying a home, to make sure the product you are getting fits your needs. As well, it is important to negotiate into the purchase any changes, upgrades, or touch-ups you may want, so you don’t have to spend your own capital to make upgrades after the purchase.

Our staff is well trained in the art of negotiating these updates at the point of purchase. Our goal on each transaction is for the purchaser to get into a new home that he/she is comfortable with for the long hall.

Inventory Is UP, Prices Are DOWN, Markets are Unstable:

Seattle Times PI Article dated March 26, 2008 describes Seattle as “Investors see gold in Seattle market”.  However, we view the markets continued to be under pressure as the economy attempts to digest Lehman Brothers Meltdown, Mortgage Giant WAMU topples, and AIG is on Life Support from the Federal Government Bailout.  This is reminiscent to the Crash of 1929.

Financing Note:

Lenders Continue to face pressure from investors in funding loans. Many lenders and mortgage brokers have closed their doors. This is an ideal time to review Your current loan, or financing for your next project, and consider your options carefully.  Most Businesses Are Going to the Private Debt or Private Equity Marketplace.  Diamond Investments Specializes in Private Equity & Private Debt Capital Raises.
